Are there any articles in your product range that are particularly popular as gifts?

Yes, the yoga mat cleaning spray from Burning Lights; a Swiss product that is produced on a natural basis. I think that the awareness for local and sustainable products is growing in society. Furthermore, my jewellery is often gifted as it is not only long-lasting, but also a very personal gift.

Where should AISSO be in five years?

I have carefully tested every single one of my products before adding it to my range of products. In the next five years, I want to expand this range further. Furthermore, I hope that AISSO will become better known as a shop in Basel and that AISSO will be perceived as an integral part of the shops in Basel.

What are you often asked by your customers?

What does AISSO mean? I first heard the word AISSO a few years ago on the streets of Paris. I liked the sound. When I opened the shop and searched for a name, I remembered the word AISSO again. The meaning of the word, however, I could not clarify.
