How did your company develop?
Out of love for coffee and high-quality goods. We offer delicious chocolate in various forms to enjoy with your coffee, ranging from the classic chocolate bar to delicious pralines. In the meantime, the confectionery Café Arabica has subsisted for twelve years in the cultural city of Lörrach.
What are your specialities? Why do customers shop at your place?
High-quality goods in the chocolate sector, hardly any crystallised sugar, high-quality freshly roasted coffee and nice service – that is our trademark. Customers purchase goods in our confectionery because they are served in a friendly manner and receive high-quality products that are not available everywhere.
What makes you proud to work here?
The ambience of the shop and having created something like that, as well as the nice colleagues and customers. It’s just fun to be allowed to work here.
Who are your customers?
Our customers are from all over the place. People who value something special and are looking for products that are international and not available everywhere.

The whole team works with a lot of passion and our highest goal is always to spoil our customers in a pleasant atmosphere.
