If you were a food, what would you be and why?
Corinne: Chocolate cake, everyone loves it.
Mirjam: Our house salad is crisp and fresh just like we are (laughs).
What is your recipe for success?
Mirjam: Passion and quality. We love people and like to spoil our guests with culinary delights. With creativity and heart, we create something delicious from individual products.
Corinne: We like good things – good coffee, good salads, good ciabattas and delicious croissants. That’s why we only offer really good things in our café.
What services do you offer?
Corinne: The combination of probably the best cappuccino and chocolate cake. The chocolate cake is even gluten-free with a lot of nuts and chocolate.
Mirjam: Every now and then, we also offer a vegan banana-nut cake.
What is the best seller in your café at the moment?
Mirjam: Our breakfast offer, a varied mixture of sweet and salty. Well-balanced, fresh, beautifully prepared and served in a friendly manner. Customers especially love our fresh bread.
Corinne: People nowadays take much more time for breakfast. Today, friends meet up to brunch or to have breakfast together.
